A key chapter of Renew Earth Youth Organization, driving climate justice from the heart of Kushtia.
Founded alongside the organization itself in 2023, the Kushtia Unit is the nerve centre of Renew Earth's entire operation.
The Renew Earth Kushtia Unit is a chapter of Renew Earth Youth Organization, based at 12, Yakub Mia Road, East Mojompur, Kushtia Sadar, Kushtia – 7000. It works on climate justice and environmental advocacy in Kushtia and the surrounding region.
Kushtia is located in the char-belt region of Bangladesh — a highly climate-vulnerable zone affected by riverbank erosion, flood, drought, and extreme weather events. This makes the Kushtia Unit the most important operational node for understanding and responding to front-line climate impacts.
The chapter brings together over 200 members — youth volunteers, executive members, and general body members — all committed to climate research, awareness, advocacy, and emergency response in Kushtia and beyond.
